- ·We understand that every student learns differently, and this can have a major impact on student motivation, interest, confidence and self-understanding.
- Using our pedagogical experience, we will provide academic learning strategies that suit the learning preferences of individual students utilising many different tools to keep the student interested and motivated.
- Such tools include; interactive worksheets, google drive, jam-board, pdf expert, YouTube videos, simulations, printable worksheets, editable and annotatable notes, past paper questions, past paper exams and many more.

- Students will be given access to their own google drive where they will have access to all resources for their allocated subjects. The resources include textbooks, revision guides and notes, worksheets, exams, tests; all with worked solutions.
- Students are also able to share their schoolwork and current assignments on their google drive for access during the lessons
- Students will also have access to different websites including savemyexams.uk , which is included in the price of a lesson.

- Staying organised is so very important as it can reduce stress and ensure that all tasks are achieved and to the highest quality, as enough time has been allocated.
- We will help you to organise your schedule and other tasks for all your subjects so that you never miss a deadline!
- We can provide many different organisational strategies that can assist students in organising their own schedules (with assistance from the teacher) which will help students to understand the importance of staying organised.

- The relationship between teacher and student is so very important hence students will be encouraged to open a WhatsApp chat with their teacher where they can send pictures of specific homework tasks or assignments to ensure they are addressed during the lesson time (and not forgotten about).
- Students can also send questions of queries to their teacher outside of lesson time using their WhatsApp chat or email (Parents can also join the chat if they wish).
- The teacher will message the student before each lesson to confirm the content for the following lesson and assist in continual organisation.
- Continual contact is maintained with parents and guardians to provide feedback and discussions over the progress and improvement of their student. This will occur via message or via personal calls, as preferred.

- Lessons begin from 1.5 hours to encourage continual concentration and prepare students for exam time length.
- Notes and course content of the specific subjects will be kept up to date on the students google drive so as they can easily prepare for exams.
- During the lessons the teacher will begin by addressing any key homework tasks and completing these and further move toward practising content, providing additional exercises or past paper questions to prepare for exams or even address content that maybe coming up within the class.
- Students will be provided with up to date, past paper questions for their specific curriculum. These can be printed and completed before, during or after a lesson and the teacher will correct these and reply with worked solutions.
